On the 22nd of October we will have a board hub, where the current board introduces their tasks. If you don’t know yet which position to apply to, you can come there to hear more and ask questions. Info will start at 5 p.m. at YO-Studio.

Hakemukset lähetetään pdf-tiedostoina ja otsikoksi tulee ”Hakemus hallitukseen 2026: (Pestinimike, johon haet)” Voit hakea useampaan pestiin samalla hakemuksella, mutta erittele hakemuksessa selvästi eri pestit. Hakiessasi useaan pestiin mieti priorisointijärjestys ja ilmoita se myös hakemuksessasi.
Hakemus on muuten vapaamuotoinen, mutta sisällytä hakemukseen seuraavat asiat:
– Kuka olet?
– Mihin pestiin/pesteihin haet?
– Miksi sinä olisit hyvä valinta ko. pestiin?
– Miksi haet hallitukseen?
– Miksi olisit hyvä valinta hallitukseen 2026?

[Please note that even though it is possible to apply to the board as an English speaker, understanding Finnish is recommended]. Between October 20th – November 2nd, you can apply for next year’s board by sending a free-form application to pj@enklaavi.fi. During the application period, individual interviews will be held with candidates as applications come in.

The applications are sent as pdf files and the title will be ”Application to the board of 2026: (Name of the position to which you are applying)” You can apply to several positions with the same application, but clearly specify the different positions in your application. If you apply to several positions, think about your prioritisation order beforehand and include it in the application.
The application is otherwise free-form, but please include the following in the application:
– Who are you?
– Which position/positions are you applying to?
– Why would you be a good choice for that position?
– Why are you applying for the board?
– Why would you be a good choice for the Enklaavi board of 2026?
