Muistakaa:

– Varmistaa jäsenyytenne Ekonomien E-Lounge -palvelussa, jos et ole jäsen sinun on mahdollista liittyä saman palvelun kautta. Ohjeita voit kysyä paikan päällä tai katsoa nettisivuiltamme!

– Ottaa Kide-appista valmiiksi esiin tilausvahvistus, ja varmistaa ettet ole jo ”käyttänyt” tilaustasi.

 January 12th, student overalls will be distributed at the guild room from 1 PM to 3 PM (13–15).

Please remember to:

– Make sure you are a member of Enklaavi via the Ekonomit E-Lounge. If you are not a member it is possible to become one, you can ask for further instructions at the distribution or check our website!

– Have your order confirmation ready in the Kide app, and make sure you have not ”used” it already.

Toimihenkilöhaku on auki 8.1. – 18.1.

Vielä on mahdollisuus hakea toimihenkilöksi. Enklaavilla on haussa kolmea pestiä:

• – KV-toimihenkilö
• -Eksklaavin päätoimittaja
• -Kiltahuonevastaava

Toimihenkilöt toimivat hallituksena erillisinä, mutta jokainen pesti sijoittuu yhden hallituslaisen vastuupiiriin. 

Hakemus on vapaamuotoinen, mutta sen tulisi sisällyttää seuraavat asiat:

• -Kuka olet
• -Miksi olet kiinnostunut tästä pestistä
• -Onko sinulla aikaisempaa kokemusta, josta voisi olla hyötyä tässä roolissa
• -Miten kehittäisit tätä roolia / aspektia Enklaavissa

-KV-toimihenkilö keskittyy kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden etuuksiin, ja kuuluu varapuheenjohtajan vastuupiiriin. Huomioi, että tämä pesti vaatii sujuvaa englanninkielen taitoa.

-Eksklaavin päätoimittaja on vastuussa lehden toimituksesta, sisällöstä sekä julkaisusta. Päätoimittaja kuuluu viestintävastaavan vastuupiiriin.

-Kiltahuonevastaava pitää huolen kiltiksen siisteydestä sekä kahvin riittävyydestä. Kiltisvastaava kuuluu juhlavastaavan vastuupiiriin.

The officer application is open from 8th of January to the 18th of January (8.1. – 18.1.)

Enklaavi is looking for three officers for the year 2026. Officers are not a part of the board, but operate separately with their specific area of responsibility. Each officer operates under a board member who is their connection to the board. 

Enklaavi is looking for the following positions:

-International officer

Editor-in-chief for Eksklaavi

-Guildroom officer

The application is free form, but should include the following things:

• -Who are you
• – Why are you interested in this position
• -Do you have any prior experience that could be beneficial for this position
• -How would you like to improve this aspect of Enklaavi

The International officer is focused on the interests of the international students. The International officer works under the vice chair of Enklaavi. if interested send your application to vpj@enklaavi.fi . 

The editor-in-chief of Eksklaavi is in charge of the paper in its entirety, meaning the contents, the publishing and gathering the staff. The editor will work under the Head of Communications. If interested send your application to viestinta@enklaavi.fi

The Guildroom officer will make sure that the guildroom is clean and that there is enough coffee to go around. The Guildroom officer works under the Head of festive affairs. If interested, send your application to juhla@enklaavi.fi .

Enklaavin toimisto (tila 7487) on avoinna keskiviikkona klo 11 – 13. Tervettuloa ostamaan haalarimerkkejä tai muuta Enklaavin merchiä. Toimistolle voi tulla myös nauttimaan kupillisen kahvia ja jutustelemaan hallituksen kanssa! Nähdään toimistolla!
