The officer application period is open from the 8th of January to the 18th of January.

Enklaavi is looking for three officers for the year 2026. Officers are not a part of the board, but operate separately with their specific area of responsibility. Each officer operates under a board member who is their connection to the board. The officer application period is open from 8.1. to 18.1., and all applications are to be sent to the corresponding board members. After the application period is closed the board will elect the officers based on the applications.

 

International officer

Enklaavi is looking for an international officer for the year of 2026. The international officer’s job is to work in collaboration with Enklaavi’s board, committees, tutors and the international fresher captain with issues regarding our international students. The goal of working as an international officer is to bring up issues regarding Enklaavi’s international students and help us improve their student experience. The international officer will be working under the vice chair of Enklaavi as their correspondent. Please note that this position requires fluent English language-skills.

Editor-in-chief for Eksklaavi

Enklaavi is searching for an editor-in-chief for Eksklaavi, which is the guilds paper that comes out 2-4 times a year. The editor is in charge of the paper in its entirety. This means that the editor is in charge of the contents of the paper and of its publication.The editor will gather their own staff for the paper. The editor is working under the head of communications.

Guildroom officer

Enklaavi is looking for a guild room officer for 2026. The guild room manager is responsible for the cleanliness of the Enklaavi guild room and for providing the members with enough coffee and milk. The cleaning portion includes dishes as well as general cleaning such as vacuuming. The person is also responsible for having enough coffee and milk in the guild room. The guild room manager works under the head of festive affairs.
