Annual Meeting

Greetings, Enklaavi Member!

Enklaavi’s statutory spring conference will be held on Wednesday 19.03.2025 at 5:00 PM
at Skinnarila Campus in Auditorium 1318, as well as online via Google Meet.
You can find the Meet link in the Enklaavi Chat Telegram group before the meeting.
Please note that only those attending in person have the right to speak and vote during the conference.

The meeting will deal with:
- the financial statements and annual report for 2024
- proposed amendment to the association’s rules and the international affairs regulations
- new Fresher Captains will be elected

The election for Fresher Captain will take place during the conference, and candidates can also nominate themselves during the session. Applications submitted during the application period are included in the conference invitation attachments.
The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions to the candidates before the voting.
Voting will only take place in person, so be sure to attend
and make your voice heard!

The meeting is open only to Enklaavi’s full members. The identity and membership
status of all participants will be verified before the meeting begins, so please bring your student card or valid ID.
