Between 4th and 17th of November you can apply to next year’s board, by sending free form application to pj@enklaavi.fi email. Individual interviews will begin as applications come in.
What positions are available?
Chair of the Board Vice Chair of the Board Head of Finance Head of Corporate Relations Head of Academic Affairs Head of Projects Head of Communications Head of Marketing Head of Events Head of Festive Affairs Head of Social Affairs
The final titles will be approved at the autumn conference. The applications are sent as pdf files and the title will be ”Application to the board of 2025: (Name of the position to which you are applying)” You can apply to several positions with the same application, but clearly specify the different positions in your application. If you apply to several positions, think about your prioritisation order beforehand and include it in the application.
The application is otherwise free-form, but please include the following in the application:
– Who are you? – Which position/positions are you applying to? – Why would you be a good choice for that position? – Why are you applying for the board? – Why would you be a good choice for the board in 2025?
On the 14th of November we will have a board hub, where the current board introduces their tasks. If you don’t know yet which position to apply to, you can come there to hear more and ask questions. Info will start at 5 p.m. at YO-Studio.
The different board positions will also be introduced in our Instagram stories between the 22th of October and the 6th of November. During these you can also ask questions.
