Kylteri’s culture pass.

A fun, relaxed way for freshers to get to know the cornerstones of kylteri culture and Enklaavi’s traditions, outside Enklaavi too. Collect points from events and experiences, and in spring swap the pass for a shoulder mark on your overalls. Welcome to the journey of becoming a kylteri!

Collect points.

How it works

Not a must, but a fun guide to our culture.

  1. Get your pass

The kekkulit hand out passes at the Academic Adventure. Later you can get one from the Enklaavi office or from a kekkuli. Everyone gets only one pass, so take good care of it.

  2. Collect points

A fresher captain or a kekkuli signs first-hand, otherwise the event organiser. Points for things other than events can also come from a board member. Forgot the pass? Take a photo and get the entry later. One event counts for one item only, and you choose which.

  3. Active fresher points

Active points come from a role you hold or have held. The Apply to the board entry is given just for taking part in the application process.

  4. Swap it for a mark

The kekkulit hand out marks at the Wappu picnic from Enklaavi’s tent and check the points there. You can also swap any time by contacting a kekkuli, even after your first year. A mark is given in exchange for the pass, so everyone can earn one mark.

The marks

Mark of the Snake · 70 p

For the kylteri who has actively explored kylteri culture and understands its key features. Worn on the left shoulder. The snake is the traditional symbol of business studies.

Mark of Hillevi · 110 p

For the kylteri with a deep understanding of kylteri culture. Worn on the left shoulder. The marten stands for Hillevi Mulkku, the guild’s mascot turned legend, and for strategic thinking and determination.

Kekkuli mark

For members of the kekkulikerho who have been actives all the way to kekkuli. Worn on the right shoulder. Black stands for mystery.
