Vuosijuhlaviikko on juhlittu, mutta fukseilla jäi varmasti juhlahumu vielä päähän! Ei hätää, tämä ilta tuo varmasti tuon puolipyöreiden tunnelman takaisin pintaan!

 Kuuttisillis is BACK – 13.10.2026! 
Tämä on vujuviikon pikakelaus – täynnä vauhtia, bilettämistä ja unohtumatonta tunnelmaa. Mitä kaikkea on luvassa? Sitä emme paljasta liikaa, mutta voit odottaa snäksejä, hauskaa ohjelmaa ja ehkä jopa… saunan lämpöä! (Uikkarit siis messiin, jos mielit lauteille. )

The Anniversary Week has been celebrated, but we are sure you freshers still have some party spirit lingering! No worries, tonight will definitely bring that 35th anniversary vibe right back to the surface!

 Kuuttisillis is BACK – October 13, 2026! 

This is a rapid replay of the anniversary week – full of speed, partying, and an unforgettable atmosphere. What’s in store? We won’t reveal too much, but you can expect snacks, a fun program, and maybe even… the warmth of a sauna! (So bring your swimsuits if you want to hit the sauna benches. )

 The whole package is only 11€! The event kicks off at 5 PM – be on time, because this party starts right away!

To 15.10.: Helsinki excu

Tervetuloa Enklaavin järjestämälle maksuttomalle yritysexcursiolle Helsinkiin torstaina 15.10.2026!

Lähtö tapahtuu aamulla yliopistolta ja paluumatka alkaa illasta. Tarkemmat tiedot tulevat osallistujille lähempänä.

Päivän aikana tulemme vierailemaan kolmessa eri yrityksessä, joissa pääsemme kuulemaan monipuolisesti erilaisista yrityksistä, uramahdollisuuksista sekä aihepiireistä. Tällä kertaa vierailevina tähtinä toimivat Deloitte, Suomen Ekonomit ja Kesko. Mielenkiintoisen sisällön lisäksi päivän aikana on myös tarjolla syötävää ja virvokkeita. Lisää päivän agendasta lähetetään osallistujille lähempänä excua!

Osallistujille ilmoitetaan tarkemmat tiedot erikseen, joten seuraattehan sähköpostejanne.  Huomaathan, että ilmoittautuminen on sitova!

Thurs 15th of October: Helsinki excursion

Welcome to the free company excursion to Helsinki organized by Enklaavi on Thursday, October 15, 2026!

Departure will be in the morning from the university, and the return trip begins in the evening. More detailed information will be sent to participants closer to the event.

During the day, we will visit three different companies to gain diverse insights into various organizations, career opportunities, and topical themes. This time, our featured host companies are Deloitte, Suomen Ekonomit and Kesko. In addition to inspiring content, food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. More details about the day’s agenda will be shared with participants closer to the excursion!

Participants will receive further details separately, so please keep an eye on your email. Spots are filled on registration order and capacity is limited. Please note that registration is binding!

Welcome to the crayfish party!

After a long break, the crayfish party (also know as ”Rapujuhlat”) is returning to Vierula! Mark your calendar for 16th of October and get ready for an unforgettable evening.

During the evening, you can look forward to:
– Traditional crayfish dinner with side dishes
– Delicious drinks in the crayfish party spirit
– A cheerful atmosphere with sing-alongs
– Great company and a relaxed festive vibe

Hallitushaku Enklaavin hallitukseen vuodelle 2027 alkaa pian!

Enklaavin hallitus vaihtuu vuosittain, ja tulevan vuoden hallituksen hakuprosessi alkaa pian. Hallitushaku on käynnissä 19.10-1.11., jonka aikana on mahdollista hakea seuraavia tehtäviä:

Tärkeitä päivämääriä hallitushakijoille:

14.10. klo 17-19, Hallitus-hub, @ Kiltahuone

Ennen virallisen hallitushakukauden alkamista voit tulla tutustumaan eri hallituspesteihin rennossa tilaisuudessa Enklaavin kiltahuoneella. Hallitus-hubissa istuvat hallituslaiset pitävät omista pesteistään pisteitä, ja voit tulla vapaasti kyselemään mistä tahansa hallitustoimintaan liittyvistä asioista. Tapahtuma on avoin eikä vaadi ilmoittautumista

19.10.-1.11. Hallitushaku on auki

2.11.-5.11. Hallitushaastattelut

Tämän ajanjakson aikana järjestetään jokaiselle hakijalle hallitushaastattelut. Hakuajan päätyttyä hakijat saavat varata itselleen sopivan ajan haastatteluille.

5.11. klo 18 eteenpäin, Tyrkkysaunis @Kotaniemen saunatila

Tyrkkysaunis on rento illanvietto Kotaniemen saunatilassa, jossa hallitushakijat pääsevät tutustumaan toisiinsa ja esittäytymään ennen hallituspaneelia. Tapahtuma on ainoastaan hallitushakijoille.

9.11. klo 16, Hallituspaneeli @YO-talon auditorio

Hallituspaneelissa hallitushakijat pääsevät kertomaan lisää itsestään Enklaavin jäsenistölle. Paneelissa jokaisen pestin hakijat pääsevät vastailemaan pestiin liittyviin kysymyksiin, ja myös paikalla olevat jäsenet saavat kysyä hakijoilta kysymyksiä. Tapahtuma on kaikille enklaavilaisille avoin eikä vaadi erillistä ilmoittautumista.

11.11. klo 17.00, Enklaavi ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous, @1314 Auditorio

Syyskokouksessa valitaan ainejärjestömme uusi hallitus. Syyskokoukseen voivat osallistua vain Enklaavin viralliset jäsenet. Kokoukseen tulee ilmoittautua kokouskutsun mukana tulevan lomakkeen avulla. Ilmoittautuminen on pakollista, mikäli haluaa osallistua kokoukseen. 

Hallitushakemus

Hallitukseen haetaan tiettyyn pestiin. Mikäli sinua kiinnostaa useampi hallituspesti, voit ehdottomasti hakea useampaan, mutta muista listata hakemasi pestit hakemuksessa sekä missä järjestyksessä haluaisit niihin.

Hakemus on vapaamuotoinen, mutta sen tulisi sisällyttää seuraavat asiat:

• Kuka olet?
• Mihin pesteihin haet ja missä järjestyksessä?
• Miksi haluaisit Enklaavin hallitukseen
• Mikä sinua motivoi hakemaan

Kuka voi hakea Enklaavin hallitukseen?

Enklaavin hallitukseen voivat hakea kaikki Enklaavi ry:n viralliset jäsenet. Sinulla ei välttämättä tarvitse olla aikaisempaa kokemusta hakemastasi pestistä, ja edellinen hallituslainen perehdyttää sinut työtehtävääsi. Tärkeintä hakijalle on oma henkilökohtainen motivaatio, kyky tehdä yhteistyötä muun hallituksen kanssa sekä mahdollisuus sitoutua toimintaan koko vuodeksi.

Jos sinulla on kysyttävää hallitustoiminnasta jonkun tietyn pestin osalta, olethan yhteydessä nykyiseen pestinhaltijaan, yhteystiedot löydät nettisivuiltamme. Mikäli sinulla on kysyttävää hallitushaun aikatauluista tai hakemisprosessista ylipäätään, otathan yhteyttä puheenjohtajaan.

The application period for Enklaavi’s board of 2027 is beginning!

Enklaavi’s board changes annually, and the application process for the board of 2027 is starting soon. The application period is 19.10.-1.11. During this time period you can apply for the following positions:

Chair of the board

Vice chair of the board

Head of finance

Head of corporate relations

Head of academic affairs

Head of projects

Head of communications

Head of marketing

Head of social affairs

Head of events

Head of festive affairs

All Enklaavi’s official members are eligible to apply for the board

Important dates for board applicants:

Board hub, 14.10. at 17-19, @Guild room

Before the official board application period starts, you can come and get to know the board positions at a relaxed event at the guild room. In the board hub, the current board members have presentations about their positions and you can freely ask questions about a specific position or about board work in general. The event is open and does not require signing up beforehand

Board interviews, 2.11.-5.11.

During this time period all the applicants have their personal interviews. You can reserve your interview time after the application period is closed.

Applicant sauna night, 5.11. at 18.00, Kotaniemi sauna venue

The Applicant sauna night is a relaxed evening among the board applicants, where they get to know each other and train for the board panel. The event is only for board applicants.

Board Panel, 9.11. at 16.00, @ Student union house auditorium

In the panel, all board applicants get to tell Enklaavi members more about themselves. Each board position has their own slot, where the applicants get to answer questions about the position they’re applying for, and also the members who are present get to ask questions. The event is open for all Enklaavi members and doesn’t require signing up beforehand.

Enklaavi ry’s autumn meeting, 11.11. at 17.00, @1314 Auditorium 

In the autumn meeting the new board for Enklaavi is elected. The meeting is for Enklaavi members only, and all participants must sign up for the meeting beforehand via a Forms attached to the meeting invitation.

Board application

When applying for the board, you apply for a certain position. It is possible to apply to more than one position. Just remember to include the positions in a list according to preference to your application. 

The board application is free-form, but should include the following information:

• Who are you?
• Which position(s) are you applying for (and the order if there are multiple)?
• Why would you like to be on the board of Enklaavi?
• What motivated you to apply?

Who can apply?

All Enklaavis official members are eligible to apply for the board. You don’t necessarily need prior experience for the position you’re applying for, and the previous board member will help you get acquainted with the role. The most important things for applicants are personal motivation, the ability to collaborate with the other board members and the ability to commit to the position for the whole year.

Please note that many of Enklaavi’s operations require the Finnish language, and not speaking Finnish means that you must have a well thought out plan for how you plan to combat this challenge.
