Haemme innokkaita ja oppimiskykyisiä yksilöitä Enklaavin JAOSTOIHIN vuodelle 2025. Hakuaika on 2.12.-11.12. Luvassa on paljon yhdessä tekemistä ja vuosi lähtee käyntiin yhteisellä jaostopäivällä 18.1.

Finance Committee 

Haluatko päästä osaksi Skinnarilan suurimman ainejärjestön taloudesta vastaavaa tiimiä? Kiinnostaisiko sinua kehittää taloushallinnon taitojasi ja kerryttää arvokasta kokemusta, josta on taatusti  hyötyä myös työelämässä? 

Enklaavin talousjaosto etsii kolmea (3) taloushallinnosta ja sijoittamisesta kiinnostunutta henkilöä! Talousjaostolaisten tehtäviin kuuluu esimerkiksi: 

• yleiset kirjanpidon tehtävät 
• laskutus 
• tapahtumamyyntien järjestäminen Kide.appissa 
• Enklaavi ry:n sijoitustoiminnan kehittäminen ja ylläpito. 

Talousjaostossa pääset työskentelemään tiiviissä ja aktiivisessa porukassa, jossa on loistava mahdollisuus  kehittää omaa osaamistasi ja hankkia arvokasta kokemusta. Jaoston työtehtävät pyritään jakamaan siten, että  kukin jäsen erikoistuu tiettyyn jaoston aihealueeseen. Jaoston jäsenenä sinulla on suora yhteys  talousvastaavaan, jonka kanssa pääset yhdessä ylläpitämään ja kehittämään ainejärjestön taloutta. 

Millainen henkilö sopii talousjaostoon? 

Tärkeintä on oma mielenkiinto ja aktiivinen asenne. Aikaisempi kokemus taloushallinnosta tai sijoittamisesta  ei ole välttämätöntä, sillä tarjoamme kattavan perehdytyksen. Kokemus on kuitenkin eduksi! Tehtävässä  pärjää, jos olet valmis oppimaan ja sitoutumaan aktiivisesti tulevan vuoden ajaksi. 

Jos kiinnostuksesi heräsi edes hieman, suosittelen hakemaan ja rohkeasti kysymään lisätietoja esimerkiksi talousvastaavalta. Tämä on ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus päästä tutustumaan Enklaavin toimintaan kulissien takana  ja kehittämään itseään!

Talousvastaava 2025

Haluaisitko toimia Enklaavin somen ja markkinoinnin parissa? Haluaisitko suunnitella haalarimerkkejä, toimia valokuvaajana tapahtumissa tai vaikkapa väsätä nettisivuja? Jos jokin näistä herätti kiinnostuksesi tai haluaisit vain mahdollisuuden päästää luovuutesi valloilleen, vuoden 2025 Mediamafia on juuri sinulle!

Mediajaostossa pääset kehittämään omia visuaalisia taitojasi sekä oppimaan viestinnän ja markkinoinnin saloista. Vastuualueet jakaantuvatkin näihin kahteen puoleen. Viestinnän puolen vastuualueita ovat muun muassa Enklaavin viikkotiedotteet sekä nettisivujen päivittäminen. Markkinoinnin puolella taas vastuuna ovat tapahtumien haalarimerkit sekä muu visuaalinen materiaali, valo- ja videokuvaus, valokuva- ja videoeditointi, Haalaribileiden markkinointi sekä muuten Enklaavin some-tilien, kuten TikTokin, ylläpitäminen.

Etsinnässä olisi noin 6–8 henkinen motivoitunut porukka, josta löytyisi ihmisiä kuhunkin vastuualueeseen. Olit sitten Canva-kettu tai viraali TikTok-stara jo entuudestaan tai et, tärkeintä on motivaatio sekä halu oppia uutta! Kyseessä on hyvin matalan kynnyksen toiminta, joten jos yhtään kiinnostuit, hae mukaan meidän upeaan tiimiimme!

Master's Committee

Moikka maisteri tai maisterimielinen kandi! 

Uusi hallitus on valittu, joka tarkoittaa uusien jaostojen valintaa. Tämä tarkoittaa että nyt etsitään timanttisia tekijöitä, joilla on intoa tehdä yhdessä maistereille suunnattua ohjelmaa. Jos siis sydämesi sykkii yhdessä tekemiselle ja olet täynnä ideoita, tämä on tilaisuutesi loistaa!

Maisterijaostossa pääset tekemään ja kehittämään Enklaavin maisteritoimintaa. Yhdessä upean jaoston kanssa päästään suunnittelemaan ja luomaan tapahtumia hyvällä porukalla. Tähän mennessä maisterijaoston järjestämiä tapahtumia ovat olleet mm. Paint & Wine, Teerenpeli tasting, kesän afterworkit, sekä syksyn rapujuhlat. Tavoitteena ensi vuodelle on laajentaa jaoston toimintaa entisestään, joten jos olet toivonut uudenlaista tapahtumaa, nyt on otollinen hetki alkaa semmoista tekemään

Would you like to shape Enklaavi’s international community, organize events for international students, and represent their voices within the organization? The newly formed International Committee is looking for both international and native students for the year 2024! 

Until now, Enklaavi’s international affairs were handled by the Academic Relations Committee. As the amount of international students is rapidly rising due to the new international Bachelor’s programme, it was decided that a proper committee will be required for the future. Thus, we’re looking for passionate individuals to shape the committee’s future from the ground up! The aim of the committee is to organize events for international students and represent their voices within Enklaavi. If you’re full of ideas, love multicultural collaboration, and want to make a lasting impact, this is your chance to be part of something special.

As a member of the International Committee, you’ll be at the forefront of creating events aimed at Enklaavi’s international students. From planning diverse events that bring people together to ensuring international students feel at home in our community, our work will be vital in setting the tone for Enklaavi’s international future.

Since this is basically a new committee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape its structure and direction. Our ideas and efforts will lay the foundation for something that will grow and thrive in the years to come.

Enklaavi Sport Committee!

Moi! Mä oon Santtu Karhapää, Enklaavin tuleva sosiaalipoliittinen vastaava ja tuun johtamaan Enklaavi Sportti-jaostoa!

Oletko innokas, toimeen tarttuva ja haluat päästä järjestämään kaikenlaista tapahtumaa mahtavalla porukalla!

Tässä jaostossa on tarjolla tekemistä suunnittelusta toteutukseen asti. Jaostoon haetaan noin viittä motivoitunutta tekijähenkistä Enklaavilaista! Tässä porukkassa erilaisuus on rikkaus, joten haethan siis omana itsenäsi ja ylpeänä omasta taustasi! Tarvitsemme kaikenlaista osaamista, jotta saamme ensi vuodesta vieläkin mahtavamman! 

No minkäslaisia ihmisiä siihen Sporttiin halutaan?

Tärkeintä ei ole suinkaan urheilutaustasi tai kuinka paljon nostat penkistä! Tärkeintä on, että olet kiinnostunut olemaan osa mahtavaa porukkaa ja haluat päästä meidän kanssa kehittämään jaostoa. Luvassa tulee olemaan selkeä työjako tapahtumien välillä, mutta ainakin tässä vaiheessa olisi tarjolla markkinointi/somevastaava ja loput vastuualueet jaetaan kiinnostuksen mukaan tapahtumakohtaisesti.

Festive Committee

Moi! Mä olen Helmi ja toimin ensi vuonna Enklaavin juhlavastaavana. Etsinkin tällä hetkellä juhlajaostoon innokkaita, ja idearikkaita tyyppejä! Olisitko juuri sinä etsimäni tyyppi? 

Juhlajaosto järjestää tulevan vuoden aikana mm. perinteikkäät Enklaavin 34. vuosijuhlat, sekä vuosijuhlaviikon tapahtumat, Liugurin vätköt, Wappusilliksen, ja Enklaavin Gaalan. Näiden tapahtumien puitteissa pääset nauttimaan aidosta tekemisen meiningistä ja toteuttamaan omaa visiotasi yhdessä muiden jaostolaisten kanssa. Juhlajaoston kesken järjestetään myös yhteishenkeä nostattavia hengailuiltoja pitkin vuotta. 

Aikaisempaa kokemusta tapahtumien järjestämisestä ei tarvitse olla, sillä motivaatiolla ja innolla pääsee jo pitkälle tässä pestissä!! ️ Ainoana toiveena on, että pystyisit sitoutumaan jaoston toimintaan koko vuoden ajaksi. Hakea voit vuosikurssista riippumatta. Sisällytä hakemukseen ainakin:

Financial committee 

Would you like to join the team responsible for the finances of the largest student organization in Skinnarila? Are you interested in developing your financial management skills and gaining valuable experience that will  undoubtedly benefit you in your professional life? 

Enklaavi’s financial committee is looking for three (3) individuals interested in financial management and  investing! 

As a member of the financial committee, your tasks may include: 

• general bookkeeping tasks 
• invoicing 
• organizing event sales on Kide.app 
• developing and maintaining Enklaavi ry’s investment activities. 

In the financial committee, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a tight-knit and active team, develop your  skills, and gain valuable experience. The tasks of the commitee will be shared so that each member can  specialize in a certain part of the commitee’s actions. As a committee member, you’ll also have a direct  connection with the Head of Finance, working together to maintain and develop the financial management of  the organization. 

What kind of person is suited for the financial committee? 

The most important qualities are genuine interest and an active attitude. Previous experience in financial  management or investing is not required, as you will receive comprehensive training for the role. However,  prior experience can be an advantage! Anyone who is eager to learn and committed to being active  throughout the upcoming year will succeed in this role.

We are looking for enthusiastic and fast-learning individuals for Enklaavi’s COMMITTEES for the year 2024. The application period is from 2nd December to December 11th. There will be a lot of collaborative activities, and the year kicks off with a joint committee day 18.1.

Media Committee

Would you like to work with Enklaavi’s social media and marketing? Would you enjoy designing overall patches, taking photos at events, or even working on our website? If any of this sparked your interest or if you’d simply like an opportunity to unleash your creativity, then the 2025 Media Mafia is just for you!

In the media committee, you’d get to develop your visual skills while learning the secrets of communication and marketing. The responsibilities are divided into these two main areas. On the communications side, tasks include Enklaavi’s weekly newsletter, as well as updating our website. On the marketing side, responsibilities involve designing overall patches and other visual materials for our events, photography and videography, photo and video editing, marketing for the Overall Parties, and managing Enklaavi’s social media accounts, such as TikTok.

We’re looking for a motivated team of about 6–8 people, with members covering all responsibility areas. Whether you’re already a Canva wizard or a viral TikTok star—or not—it’s your motivation and willingness to learn that matter most! This is a low-effort opportunity, so if you’re even slightly interested, apply to join our amazing team!

Hi! I’m Santtu Karhapää, Enklaavi’s head of affairs and I’ll be leading the Enklaavi Sports Division!

Are you enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to organize all kinds of events with an amazing team?

This division offers opportunities to get involved in everything from planning to execution. We’re looking for about five motivated and team-oriented Enklaavi members! Diversity is our strength, so we encourage you to apply as your authentic self and proudly represent your background. We need all kinds of skills to make the next year even better!

So, what kind of people are we looking for in Sports?

Your athletic background or how much you can bench press isn’t the most important thing! What matters is that you’re excited to be part of a fantastic team and want to help us develop the division. Clear task assignments will be in place for events, but at this point, we’re looking for a marketing/social media coordinator, while the remaining responsibilities will be distributed based on interests for each event.

Festive Events Committee

Hello! I’m Helmi, and next year I’ll be the Head of Annual Celebrations for Enklaavi. I’m currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join the Festive events committee! Could you be the person I’m looking for? 

Next year the Festive events committee will be organizing Enklaavi’s 34th annual ball, as well as events during the annual ball week, the Liugur vätköt, Wappusillis, and the Enklaavi Gala. In these events, you’ll get to enjoy a real hands-on experience and bring your own vision to life together with other committee members. We will also organize fun hangouts throughout the year, to get to know eachother a bit better. 

Previous experience in event planning is not required, as motivation and enthusiasm will take you a long way in this role!! ️ The only requirement is that you’re able to commit to the committee’s activities for the entire year. You can apply regardless of your year of study. Please include the following in your application:
