Board ’26.

Leads the 11-member board and is responsible for the association’s operational and strategic leadership. Represents Enklaavi to stakeholders such as the Network of Business Student Chairpersons (KPV), Suomen Ekonomit, the South Karelia and Lahti Region business graduate associations and LUT School of Business and Management, and makes sure the association develops long-term, in line with its strategy.

Keeps in touch with alumni and local business graduate associations, and stands in for and assists the chair. Leads the Masters Committee and is responsible for activities for master’s students.

Runs day-to-day finances such as bookkeeping and invoicing, reports on the financial situation at general meetings, and drafts and follows the investment strategy.

Makes corporate cooperation diverse and mutually beneficial: negotiates partnership agreements, organises company excursions and looks after member benefits.

Collects course feedback and is responsible for advocacy for business students. Passes on concerns and development ideas to the programme directors. Also acts as the board’s secretary.

Runs Enklaavi’s biggest events with the Events Committee, such as Marathon Monday and the orientation weeks’ closing party.

Responsible for Enklaavi’s external and internal communication. Runs the website and the social media channels together with the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for the Eksklaavi magazine together with the editor-in-chief and the editorial team.

Responsible for Enklaavi’s visual identity and brand, and for marketing events together with the Media Committee. Shares responsibility for social media with the Head of Communications.

Promotes student well-being and equality. Organises the well-being weeks and sports try-outs, builds the teams for the guild olympics and leads the fresher captains and tutors.

Organises the cross-disciplinary overall parties and some of the freshers’ weeks events, and helps run Skinnarila’s traditional sauna nights. Leads the Events Committee together with the Head of Projects.

Organises Enklaavi’s annual ball with the Gala Committee, plus a few smaller events for members. Also helps run Skinnarila’s traditional sauna nights and promotes cooperation between business and engineering students.
