The board runs Enklaavi for a year: events and parties, finances, corporate relations, communications and marketing, and standing up for members at the university and for their wellbeing. Everyone has their own area, many also lead a committee, and the big decisions are made together at board meetings. No experience needed: the person before you shows you the ropes.
Every full member of Enklaavi can apply. Roles: chair, vice chair, treasurer, corporate relations, education policy, projects, communications, marketing, social policy, events and parties.
Before the call opens, board members present their roles in the guild room. Come and ask anything, no sign-up needed.
The application is free-form and goes to the chair, pj@enklaavi.fi. Tell us who you are, which roles you apply for and in what order, and what drives you.
After the call closes, every applicant books an interview.
A sauna night for the applicants only, to get to know each other before the panel.
Applicants introduce themselves to the members and answer questions. The panel is open to every Enklaavi member.
