The Enklaavi board runs the organization's activities and provides social, intellectual, and cultural opportunities that best meet the needs of Enklaavi's members. The board members build the so-called "Spirit of Skinnarila" and plan and implement activities for the benefit of the members.

The Chair of the Board is responsible for the operations of the association by leading an 11-member board. The duties include both the operational and strategic leadership of the organization. The Chair of the board also represents Enklaavi to our stakeholders and maintains contact with various parties, including the Network of Business Student Chairpersons (KPV), the Finnish Business School Graduates, South Karelia Business School Graduates, Lahti Region Business School Graduates and LUT School of Business and Management. The Chair of the Board also ensures a comprehensive understanding of the association’s affairs and that its operations are developed in a long-term, strategic manner in line with our strategy.

The Vice-Chair is responsible for maintaining contact with alumni and local associations of business school graduates. The role includes active participation in various meetings concerning our student organization, as well as substituting for and assisting the Chair of the Board whenever needed. The Vice-Chair is also actively involved in events targeted at master's students and is responsible for matters related to international students.

The Head of Finance is responsible for the student organization’s day-to-day financial matters, such as bookkeeping and invoicing. They oversee the financial situation of the organization and report on it to the members during general meetings. In addition, they are in charge of creating and implementing the organization’s investment strategy.

The Head of Corporate Relations ensures that the collaboration between Enklaavi and companies is mutually beneficial and diverse. Through corporate partnerships, we bring working life closer to our students, organize engaging events, and create financial stability for our organization. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting partnership agreements, organizing company excursions, and managing member benefits.

The Head of Academic Affairs is responsible for and informed about the quality of education. They advocate for our members' interests and maintain direct communication with decision-makers at our school. Course quality is ensured by collecting feedback from every course in each period. The Head of Academic Affairs carefully reviews all feedback and forwards areas for improvement to the appropriate parties. On a national level, they contribute to the Finnish Business School Graduates’ teaching award and collaborate with their counterparts in other business student organizations. Within Enklaavi, the Head of Academic Affairs also serves as the secretary.

The Head of Communications is responsible for Enklaavi’s communication channels, such as social media and the website. They manage both internal and external communications and ensure that everyone stays up to date on Enklaavi-related matters. In addition, the Head of Communications is responsible for the publication of the student organization’s magazine, Eksklaavi, in collaboration with the editor-in-chief and the editorial team.

The Head of Social Affairs, commonly known as "Sopo," promotes student well-being and equality. They organize events such as Well-being Weeks, sports tryouts, and coordinate teams for the guild Olympics. Sopo also leads the Fresher Captains and tutors, managing related matters.

The Head of Events organizes Enklaavi’s smaller events. They are responsible for the student overalls parties held throughout the year as well as some of the Orientation Week events. The Head of Events also arranges smaller member gatherings. Their duties include organizing the traditional sauna evenings in Skinnarila and promoting collaboration between engineering and business students.
