The Annual General Meeting of Enklaavi ry will be held on March 23rd at 17:00 in auditorium 1318. We will discuss the topics appointed in Enklaavi’s rules, which are the financial statement and annual report of the previous year. In addition, the changes made to the investment strategy for the years 2026-2030 will be presented as well as the proposal to grant the discharge of liability for the board of 2025. A supplementary budget for 2026 will also be presented and the new fresher captains for the term 2026-2027 will be elected.

The meeting is open for all Enklaavi members. To be able to participate in the meeting, you must sign up in advance via the forms link below, and be able to prove your membership via the Ekonomit e-lounge membership card. 

You may also join the meeting remotely. The link will be shared on Enklaavi’s Telegram channel (Enklaavi Chat) before the meeting begins. Please note that only those physically present have the right to vote and to speak; remote participants cannot vote on decisions or comment on the meeting. 

During the meeting, Enklaavi ry will elect the fresher captain and international fresher captain for the 2026–2027 term. The coordinators are elected by an absolute majority. If you want to have a say in the selection, we highly recommend attending in person to cast your vote. You can view the candidates' applications that were submitted during the application period on Enklaavi's website. Please note that it is also possible to run for the position during the meeting, even if you did not submit an application during the official application period.
