Between October 20th – November 2nd, you can apply for next year’s board by sending a free-form application to pj@enklaavi.fi. During the application period, individual interviews will be held with candidates as applications come in.
What positions are available? - Chair of the Board - Vice Chair of the Board - Head of Finance - Head of Corporate Relations - Head of Academic Affairs - Head of Projects - Head of Communications - Head of Marketing - Head of Events - Head of Festive Affairs - Head of Social Affairs
The applications are sent as pdf files and the title will be ”Application to the board of 2026: (Name of the position to which you are applying)” You can apply to several positions with the same application, but clearly specify the different positions in your application. If you apply to several positions, think about your prioritisation order beforehand and include it in the application.
The application is otherwise free-form, but please include the following in the application: – Who are you? – Which position/positions are you applying to? – Why would you be a good choice for that position? – Why are you applying for the board? – Why would you be a good choice for the Enklaavi board of 2026?
On October 22nd, a BoardHub will be held, where the current board will present their positions in more detail and answer questions related to the roles. If you’re not yet sure which position would suit you best, make sure to join! The info session will take place from 17:00 to 19:00 at YO-studio.
Board positions will also be introduced on Enklaavi’s Instagram stories from October 14th–28th. During this time, you can also ask role-specific questions.
