Committee Recruitment for 2026
Enklaavi’s committee recruitment is open from Monday 17 November to Sunday 30 November.
Do you want to be part of Enklaavi’s active community? Do you want to see what happens behind the scenes? Do you want to help create ideas and develop different areas of our operations?
We are looking for enthusiastic and quick-learning individuals to join Enklaavi’s committees for the year 2026. The application period runs from the 17th to the 30th of November. You can look forward to plenty of collaborative activities, and the year will kick off with a joint committee day in January.
The committee term lasts the entire year of 2026. Committee work is low-threshold and does not take much time, leaving plenty of room for both studies and work. No prior experience is required for any committee, as all necessary skills will be taught. If you are at all interested in committee work, send an informal application to the email address mentioned in the corresponding recruitment post.
On Thursday 20 November, Enklaavi will also host CommitteeHUB in the guild room starting from 11:00. CommitteeHUB is an excellent opportunity to ask questions about Enklaavi’s committee activities from current committee members as well as future board members. See you at the guild room!
Finance Committee
Would you want to manage the finances of the largest student organization in Skinnarila? Are you interested in financial management and want to gain valuable experience that will also be useful in worklife? If you answered yes, you should apply to Enklaavi's Finance committee!
In the Finance committee, you will be able to handle the association's accounting and invoicing and also participate in the development of Enklaavi's investments. In this committee, you will get to see the background of Enklaavi's operations, for example what organizing event's require. You don't need previous experience, you will be trained well and you will have mine and the whole committee's support throughout the year. Although the Finance committee is responsible for the most important matters, Enklaavi's money, this is still very low-threshold activity and you should apply if you are even slightly interested in financial management and want to gain experience in the field.
We are looking for three people for the Finance committee. Corporate Relations Committee
Do you want to see how Enklaavi’s corporate relations are being developed? Are you interested in affecting these relations, for example by arranging excursions, acquiring overall sponsorships or developing our member benefits? If you answered yes to any of these, Enklaavi’s Corporate Relations Committee could be just the right place for you!
In the Corporate Relations Committee you get to affect all the things mentioned above and much more next year. The centre of our focus next year will be promoting our existing and future corporate relations, acquiring overalls for the new students as well as corporate excursions and other related events.
You won’t be needing previous sales experience in the committee, motivation and enthusiasm will get you far! The Corporate Relations Committee gives you the opportunity to influence things with a low threshold and you don’t need to stress over doing things alone, because we’ll be doing things together and help each other whenever necessary. We’ll have fun together outside of work too!

Master's Committee

The application period for committee’s has begun and it is time to organise the Mastermind-committee! I am Einojuhani Kostiainen, Enklaavi’s Vice chair 2026, and I will be leading the committee.
Would YOU like to be apart of shaping the event-field of Enklaavi? Would you like to actualise your wildest ideas? Are you creative, a creator and/or willing to dive deeper into Master’s level student activity in Enklaavi? Then Mastermind is the correct committee for you!
In Mastermind, events, with the vision and touch of Master’s students, will be developed and organised. These events will be done mainly with Master’s students in mind, but everybody is welcome! So far Mastermind has organised for example Paint & Wine, Teerenpeli Tasting, summer’s Afterworks and autumn’s crayfish party. There could be more to come, if YOU apply to Mastermind!

Media Committee
Are you interested to work with social media and marketing? Do you want to be a part of building Enklaavi’s website? Are you passionate about photography or are you more interested in creating overall patches? If this sounds interesting, Media Mafia is the place for you!
In the media committee you have the chance to take part in Enklaavi’s visual identity, and at the same time have a unique opportunity to better your own skills. The responsibilities are divided into two main areas: communication and marketing. The communication side is in charge of Enklaavi’s weekly newsletter and updating our website. The marketing side oversees Enklaavi’s visual
identity. This includes designing overall patches and other visual material, such as photography and videos of events as well as managing Enklaavi’s social media.

Enklaavi Sport Committee!
Hey there! I’m Aleksi Iso-Möttönen, a first-year Enklaavi student, the upcoming head of social affairs, and the future head of the Enklaavi Sport Committee!
Are you an enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented person with a genuine interest in organizing all kinds of events together with a great group of people?
In the Sport Committee, you’ll get to take part in everything from planning to execution, and we always finish what we start with a positive attitude! We’re looking for about five motivated, hands-on Enklaavi members to join the team. In this group, diversity is our strength, so apply as your true self and be proud of your background. You won’t have to worry about whether you’ll get to take on responsibilities, there’s something for everyone! We need all kinds of skills to bring in fresh ideas and make sure the next year will be even more amazing!
So, What kind of people are we looking for in Sport?
What matters most isn’t your athletic background or your gym stats, it’s your interest, motivation, and willingness to be part of a fantastic team and help us develop the committee together. In the future, there will be a clearer division of responsibilities between events, but there’s already an opportunity to take on the role of marketing/social media coordinator. Other responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and per event.
We’re looking for all kinds of talents! Whether your strengths lie in sports, event organization, graphic design, or something completely different, we’d love to hear about it!

In 2026 you, our new Baller, get to be a part of organizing Liugur’s vätköt (pre after party), Wappusillis, and ofc everyone’s wet dream and nightmare Enklaavi’s 35th annual ball, Annual Ball week and the main day, the SILLIS, and other hilarious activities to fill our needs.
