Autumn meeting

Greetings Enklaavi member!

Enklaavi’s statutory autumn meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00
PM on the Skinnarila campus, auditorium 1318, as well as remotely via Google Meet. The
Meet link will be shared in the Enklaavi Chat Telegram group before the meeting.

Please note that only members attending in person have the right to speak and vote during the
meeting. Remote participants are welcome to follow the meeting but cannot use their voice or
voting rights.

The invitation and the documents presented at the meeting can be found from from this link. During the meeting, we will review the action plan and budget for 2026, Enklaavi’s investment strategy, and elect the new board for the upcoming term.

The meeting is open exclusively to Enklaavi’s actual members. Memberships will be verified
before the meeting begins, so please make sure your digital membership card is easily accessible. To ensure a smooth start, we kindly ask you to register in advance using the
Forms link below and arrive on time so your membership can be checked before the meeting starts. Please note that you cannot arrive late to this meeting!
